On the 11th October 2008  Paulsgrove And Wymering Scout Group (P.A.W.S) held a day to thank all the people that used to run groups at the old Hut and to say a big thankyou to all the people that helped raise money for the new hall.

The day started at 2:30 on the Saturday with a small thankyou from Sue GSL and Bernie. At the end of the thankyou Sue was presneted with her 30 years award. The Scouts then performed a show for all the people. After this the Cubs read some free writing on why they love coming to Cubs and then every body went out side for a fire and BBQ. As well as this the Beavers showed how they have fun with out side activities.

At the Fire (which was looked after by Bob) there were sausages being cooked over the open flame. The BBQ was looked after by three Scouts.
